The Redline Therapy Club Launch Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Redline Therapy Club ("Sponsor").
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Harley Davidson, or any other platform.
Eligibility
The Redline Therapy Club Harley Davidson Low Rider S Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to individuals who sign up through the official entry page and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Florida, New York, and Rhode Island) and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Redline Therapy Club (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members or individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on or about:
May 1, 2026 at 5:00 PM Pacific Time
and ends:
August 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (“Sweepstakes Period”).
All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.
How to Enter
Participants may enter the Sweepstakes through the official entry platform available on the SweepWidget platform.
Entrants may earn entries through multiple methods during the Sweepstakes Period. Entry actions may include, but are not limited to:
• Following Redline Therapy Club on Instagram
• Making purchases through the Redline Therapy Club online store
Eligible purchases earn ten (10) entries for every one dollar ($1.00) spent, excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, or refunded transactions. Order totals will be rounded down to the nearest dollar spent.
The Sponsor reserves the right to add bonus entries for entrants due to promotional events, as well as incorporate additional multipliers to all purchases for set periods of time that will be announced, such as but not limited to x20, x50, x100 entries per dollar spent.
Entries earned through purchases may be manually added by the sponsor to the official giveaway page.
Participants may complete multiple entry actions and accumulate entries throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
The specific number of entries awarded for each action will be displayed on the official giveaway entry platform.
Free Entry Method (No Purchase Necessary)
Participants may also enter the Sweepstakes without making a purchase by completing the free entry methods available on the official giveaway entry page during the Sweepstakes Period. Free entry provides participants with an equal opportunity to win.
To enter without making a purchase, participants may submit a mail-in entry.

Each valid mail-in submission will receive the equivalent number of entries as the average order value on the website during the Sweepstakes Period.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked before the Sweepstakes end date and received within 7 days after the Sweepstakes closes.
Limit one mail-in entry per person.
Entry Limitations and Entry Caps
Entries must be completed manually by the entrant. Use of automated systems, bots, scripts, macros, or other technological manipulation to submit entries is prohibited and may result in disqualification.
To maintain fairness and the integrity of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right to impose reasonable limits on entries. Unless otherwise stated within the official entry platform:
• Maximum purchase-based entries per individual: 500,000 entries
• Maximum total entries per individual (from all methods combined): 500,050 entries
Once these limits are reached, additional purchases or actions will not generate additional entries. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who attempts to circumvent these limits or manipulate the Sweepstakes. 5.
Purchases, Refunds, and Entry Adjustments
Entries awarded through purchases are based on net purchase amount.
If an order that generated entries is cancelled, refunded, or charged back, the associated entries will be removed from the entrant’s total. The Sponsor reserves the right to adjust entry totals if fraudulent or invalid transactions are detected.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive the following prize package:
• 2026 Harley Davidson Low Rider S
• $10,000 Cash
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $38,000
Actual value may vary at time of award.
The specifics of the prize shall be determined solely by the Sponsor.
The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Vehicle Prize Conditions
The winner must meet all legal requirements necessary to receive and register the vehicle.
Winner is responsible for:
• Vehicle Registration
• Insurance
• Licensing requirements
• Transportation or pickup of the prize
• All federal, state, and local taxes
If the winner cannot legally accept or register the vehicle, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner. The vehicle will be awarded “as-is” with no warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer.
Tax Responsibility
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize.
The sponsor will request a W-9 tax form from the winner, and will file a Form 1099 tax form reflecting the total value of the prize as required by law.
Odds
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The drawing will be conducted under the supervision of the Sponsor.
The potential winner will be notified via the email address used during entry within five (5) days following the drawing.
If the selected winner:
• Cannot be contacted
• Fails to respond within 72 hours
• Fails to complete required documentation
• Is found to be ineligible the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
The winner may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release before receiving the prize.
Winner Verification and Skill Selection
To help verify eligibility and prevent fraudulent entries, the potential winner may be required to correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing question or complete additional identity verification before being confirmed as the official winner.
Failure to complete the verification process within the required timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Prize Delivery and Verification
The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of the winner before awarding the prize. Failure to comply with verification requirements may result in disqualification. Delivery or pickup of the prize will be coordinated directly with the verified winner. Winner may be flown out to the Sponsor's location for receipt of the prize at Sponsor's discretion.
Prize Availability and Subsitution
If the advertised prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s control, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
The Sponsor is not responsible for delays in prize delivery due to manufacturer delays, transportation issues, or circumstances outside the Sponsor’s control.
Unclaimed or Refused Prize
If the selected winner declines the prize, fails to complete required documentation, or cannot legally accept the prize, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries. Failure to claim the prize within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the prize.
Publicity Rights
By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants grant Redline Therapy Club the right to use their name, likeness, voice, image, and biographical information for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes worldwide without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
Sponsor Rights
Redline Therapy Club reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or other causes impair the integrity of the promotion. The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants release and hold harmless Redline Therapy Club and its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, partners, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize.
Disputes
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law doctrines.
Any disputes arising from the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually in a court located in California, and entrants waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
Participants waive the right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages beyond actual out-of-pocket costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes.
Privacy
Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy available on the Redline Therapy Club website.

To obtain the name of the winner, send an email request with the subject line: “Redline Therapy Club Sweepstakes Winners List.”
