Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Please note:
• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays
• Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays
• Redline Therapy Club is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed off to the shipping carrierIf your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders begin processing quickly after they are placed. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has been submitted.
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Returns
We accept returns on unused, unworn items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be unused and unworn
• Item must be returned in its original condition
• Item must include original packaging when applicable
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, or the wrong product was sent, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.
Final Sale Items
Certain items may be marked as Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These items will be clearly indicated on the product page.
